The City of Memphis is required by its NPDES Permit to ensure controls are in place that would prevent water quality impacts and has established ordinances to do so.

Civil Penalties can be appealed by submitting the online appeal form application below within the timeline designated on the Assessment. An appeal date will then be scheduled before the Memphis Storm Water Board. Please read the Memphis Storm Water Board Procedures.
